Elisa Bluming is the co-founder of Grand Street Healing Project and the founder of Bluming Studio, as well as a seasoned Pilates teacher with almost three decades of experience. She began teaching in 1998 after recovering from a dance injury, a profound experience that taught her body agency and inspired her life’s work.

Her approach to teaching combines her love of movement and visual art and has often been told that this has given her x-ray vision. Elisa’s sessions move beyond instruction into embodied transformation, helping people carry the work into their daily lives. She values that her clients love her but don't need her.

In 2018, her passion for teaching, community, and collective liberation led her to co-found Grand Street Healing Project, with the vision of shifting wellness from luxury service into well-being practices that are equitable and accessible to all bodies. Elisa believes that reconnecting and rewilding the body expands our capacity to care for one another.

Diana Cirullo is an Intuitive Guide & Channel. She is the founder of Lake Nemi, a private practice centered around intuitive guidance, inner clarity, and embodied transformation. Her entry point – and the heart of her work – is the Akashic Records, a spiritual resource that changed the course of her own life and continues to guide the lives of her clients.

It was during an Akashic Records Reading that Diana first saw a clear path out of an unfulfilling 9–5 and into a life of purpose. That pivotal experience inspired her to dedicate her practice to helping others access the same level of insight, alignment, and self-trust. Through the Records, she channels guidance that reconnects clients to their truth, clears energetic and emotional blocks, and opens new pathways forward.

But the insight is just the beginning. As an Integrative Coach, Diana supports clients in translating intuitive guidance into real-world change – whether that means shifting patterns, establishing new habits, or manifesting aligned goals. She weaves in hypnotherapy when needed to facilitate transformation at the subconscious level, where lasting change truly takes root.

Diana holds certifications from the International Association for Counselors and Therapists (IACT), the Center for Integrative Hypnosis (CIH), Maha Rose, Kripalu, and more. She offers sessions virtually and in person at Grand Street Healing Project in New York City.

I specialize in working with couples and romantic partners navigating conflict as well as the emotional and psychological impacts of trauma — whether personal, generational, racial, sexual, or related to minority stress. This includes unique challenges faced by LGBTQIA+ individuals and those in non-monogamous or polyamorous relationships. These experiences can deeply affect a couple’s sense of safety, love, and connection, and my goal is to help partners heal, reconnect, and grow stronger together.

In our work, I provide a supportive and affirming space for couples to process these adversities, learn to manage conflict, and build the skills and confidence needed to have meaningful and sometimes difficult conversations — both in and outside of therapy. Together, we co-create a foundation of shared values, goals, and agreements that support long-term relationship health, especially during life’s many transitions.

My clinical foundation is rooted in providing bilingual, in-home, and community-based intensive family therapy for families with an “at risk” youth transitioning from inpatient psychiatric care, or with children ages 4–18 who have experienced domestic violence and other forms of childhood trauma.

At the heart of my work is a deep passion for empowering individuals and couples to live authentically, continue their healing journeys, and create healthier, more connected relationships.

“Breathwork is the process of revealing ourselves, to ourselves.”

- Alakh Analda, founder of Breathwork Mastery RBM

Amy Greco, LCSW, is a Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM) Practitioner, Reiki Level 2 practitioner, and artist offering private breath-centered sessions for individuals, couples, and groups, both in-person and online. Her work is rooted in the RBM lineage, a self-mastery practice that brings conscious awareness to lived experience through the breath. Unlike more activating or cathartic modalities, RBM invites a gentle, parasympathetic rhythm - without counting, holding, or force. Each session unfolds with deep reverence for the breather’s innate wisdom, guided not by agenda but by the breather’s psyche, and framed by a motivating intention-setting and debrief process. Clients are met not as problems to solve or fix, but as whole beings whose intentions are already unfolding.

While these sessions are not psychotherapy, they are informed by Amy’s background as a licensed clinical social worker, her work as an artist and Reiki practitioner, and her commitment to the relationship between inner transformation and the world we co-create. Grounded in radical personal responsibility, her approach honors how shifts within the nervous system ripple out into our relationships and communities. She recommends beginning within a series or container, allowing the practice to unfold as a lived process of self-mastery.

I’m a creator and coach. I work with people and businesses to alchemize purposeful action through sacred alignment, equity, and community. As above, so below... Your Self, your Business—they aren’t mutually exclusive. Energetic Leadership Guidance is a co-creative process of awakening and strategic wandering that marries modern neurolinguistic personal development, expressive arts, and divine intuitive practices to meet you where you are and tap into your inner source activation.

I offer guidance, mentorship as well as brand consulting and strategic content for unicorns, who are business owners, and otherwise, who own their purpose, that want to consciously define and expand. I provide steady guidance and space-holding for support, recalibration, invention and remembering aligned with the resonance and action you call forth.

You are more than your business— your business can be a sacred endeavor when it’s aligned with your Self and your Purpose. Let’s redefine, position, launch, and amplify sacred business in symbiosis with our collective reimagining. I work on a sliding scale for the collective, and prioritize BIPOC folks and family for green bottle rates. I provide energetic exchange for my skillset in community with organizations that forward the collective, your support of TCTNYC means you help support local movements of change.

For as long as she can remember, Myda has been interested in what it means to heal- to help others heal or to heal oneself.

After a year of observing patients in her study of acupuncture and her own struggles with an auto-immune condition, she realized how disconnected people felt from their own bodies and how disempowered they were in their own healing.

It was through her practice and eventual teaching of yoga, meditation, and sound work that Myda began to understand that every human body has inherently within it the power to heal. She realized that there is often a gap between what the body is truly capable of and of what the mind has been conditioned to believe it is not. It is through the bridging of this gap where healing occurs as one meets oneself at the edge of who they are and who they are meant to be, free of conditionality.

Myda works with a variety of crystal singing bowls to re-connect to and sustain our inherent harmonic vibration of wholeness that runs throughout our physical and energetic bodies. Through guided contemplation, breathwork, meditation, and sound, she facilitates a personal experience in which one can access their unique yet innate capacity to be healthy and whole; be it by releasing no-longer-needed patterns of tension; by gaining greater clarity and vision; or by simply resting in the resonance of the higher frequencies of joy, love, and harmony.

Myda is a 500hr RYT with additional training in Functional Anatomy, Meditation and Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Sound Healing.

For the past decade I have devoted my professional efforts to social justice advocacy, human rights grantmaking, and philanthropy work as a means for collective healing and liberation. As I navigated my personal path of healing and growth, I came to understand that my spiritual gifts could also enrich the movement to shift paradigms and reimagine social structures that lift up historically marginalized communities. Now as a healing practitioner and grantmaker, I actively work across worlds to center and support communities and individuals in search of both healing and justice.

In my work as a holistic energy practitioner I support people on their sacred journeys of healing, remembrance, and reclamation of spirit with reiki, tarot card readings, and intuitive guidance. As a grantmaker, I work to support the realization of human rights and social and economic justice – aiding in upholding dignity and unlocking human potential.

In all of my work I show up in my full authenticity and wholeness, devoted to the journey and joy of liberation.
